Wish I had read warranty before buying this memory foam mattress. After 6 months, mattress has lost support and takes a long time to recover shape. We are constantly turning and rotating mattress to try to find an area that still maintains support. E-mailed company, through Amazon, and was told to read warranty. First disclaimer in warranty states that warranty DOES NOT COVER increase in softness or decrease in slow recovery (retaining shape) features. Very poor product.

I have bought 100's of items from amazon over the years, this is my first review; THAT is how disappointed I am with this product.

I bought this thinking it was a 5.5lb density memory foam mattress. This is definitely NOT the case. It is more like 2lbs per foot dense. A queen size 4" topper is 80" x 60" x 4", thus it is 19,200 Cubic inches. To convert that into feet, divide that figure by 1,728 (12x12x12) = 11.11111 Cubic feet of foam. SO, at 5.5 lbs per cubic feet, this topper should way over 60 pounds. But, shipped, with box and cover, this weighs in at a scant 24 pounds!

For someone looking for a low density memory foam topper, this may be the one. But, for those of us that think the 5.5 used in the advertisement of this topper refers to the density of the foam, they will probably be disappointed.

For the price this product is ok. We have had ours for about 9 months now, and you can tell where we sleep on it. It has conformed to our bodies. It is very soft and provides lots of cushion. I wouldnt say its the best bed topper, but if being used for a guest room, it would be fine.

This is our first memory-foam mattress, and we were nervous to order it sight unseen from Amazon. Our experience with the Sarah Peyton 10" cool sensations memory foam mattress has been really good. We were using a top-of-the-line Ortobom (in Brazil) spring-coil mattress, firm.

First, you can't beat the price. $375 is cheap for any mattress, much less memory foam.
It arrived within three days and puffed up to it's working height within eight hours. I barely noticed the chemical smell that I'd been prepared for by previous reviews.

My wife and I, she of 110 pounds and I of double that, both find the mattress very comfortable, although we don't know if we'll ever get accustomed to the indentations that stay in the memory of the foam for 30 seconds to 1 minute after switching positions. The other night, she fell into one of my indentations and it apparently didn't restore itself while she was "in the hole."

In the month since we have been using this memory-foam mattress, we've had the chance to experiment with others. Our next mattress will probably be a pillow-top of some type, but I think that we're likely to stick with memory-foam core and not return to springs.

Pros: price, comfort, speedy delivery
Cons: working perfectly according to design so as not to create pressure, the indentations in the memory of the foam require a bit of getting used to but are in no way overly obtrusive or a deal breaker.

First of all I gave this product with a rating of 4 star because it claims that it is 10" thick. In reality, it is only 9" thick. With that said, the bed is cool and very comfortable as claimed. This product is comparable to the more expensive mattresses. It helped reduce back pain and I feel well rested when I wake up in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend this item to anybody looking for a memory foam mattress.

I fell in love with foam mattresses several years ago, and this one was no disappointment. I didn't notice much of a smell when I first opened it. I measured it as it was expanding. After 24 hours it was at 8 inches. After 48 hours it reached 10 full inches. It came with a mattress cover, which was nice. It is unbelievably comfortable. I sleep so well on this mattress! It is especially great for side sleepers!

We received the compressed bed and promptly unpacked it. After a week the 9 inch mattress is only at best 6 inches thick and quite hard.

I am very glad I bought this mattress, I needed a new one and I just had to take up on the low prices. I let it expand and air out over night and had it set up last night and after waking up from a beautiful sleep, I did not want to leave the bed. It was to wide to fit in the bed framing, so I had to make a small modification so the mattress could rest flat on the frame. In about an hour I had the bed made and could not wait to sleep in it. The way you just sink in with no feel of springs pushing on your back feels glorious. There is a smell to it but its only noticeable when the air is wafted out from the under the sheets. I hope it goes away as other customers stated. May recommend this to my parents since my father has a bad back. Would also recommend to anyone just wanting to ditch their spring mattress.
