Helpful novaform queen mattress Reviews Free
We purchased this mattress just a little over 2 years ago. It was very comfortable at first, then began to sag. Now it sags so badly and has flattened in the middle that my husband is sleeping on our couch until we can get it returned. . .
Please be AWARE: When you open the zip cover (very handy for washing!) you will find that this mattress is only about 1 inch of memory foam and the rest some other kind of foam. We would have gotten more memory foam if we had bought a 2 inch topper!
Today I found out that the only way we can exercise our warranty is to send the mattress back to their facility in California at OUR COST (which is more than what the mattress cost us). If they determine that the mattress is not under warranty for some reason (normal wear and tear, for example) they will not issue a refund . . . so I was told by their customer service. If anyone wishes to contact their customer service and verify this policy, please contact the sleepshop at 1-800-721-4893. Needless to say, we are not returning the mattress since we might be out more than we paid for it if we do that!
Wow! Needless to say, we feel more than a bit ripped off.
